Valencia Flood Relief

Valencia, Spain, has recently been devastated by catastrophic flooding caused by intense rainstorms that overwhelmed local infrastructure, submerging streets and severely damaging homes, businesses, and vehicles. Public transportation has been disrupted, and residents were advised to stay indoors as emergency services worked to manage the crisis. Numerous neighborhoods were heavily affected, with many residents forced to evacuate to safer areas.

The scale of the disaster has been overwhelming, with tragic loss of life and many individuals still missing. At present, the official death count is 217, with an undetermined number of missing persons. Entire communities have been ravaged, and widespread destruction has left families in urgent need of help. Rescue operations are ongoing, with thousands of troops and emergency responders working tirelessly to support search, rescue, and recovery efforts.

Our hearts go out to those affected, including several of our own Young Living Brand Partners (BPs), who have been directly impacted by the floods. Our leaders in the area are reaching out to offer support, assess needs, and coordinate relief efforts. We are also in the process of vetting local emergency response organizations to identify a potential relief partner to help deliver aid on the ground.
