Members selected will spend time learning in detail about Hope for Justice’s rescue, recovery, and restoration programs, which help empower survivors of human trafficking. Members will also help teach a workshop to girls at the Shine Career School in Cambodia and participate in other local service projects.

Cambodia Service Trip Details
What is the trip schedule?
The trip will take October 17–25, 2019. This means you will most likely be departing your home country on October 17 and then departing Cambodia to return home on October 25.
How much does a service trip cost? What does the cost cover?
A service trip costs $3,500 USD per person. This covers the cost of flights, transportation, hotel accommodations, food, and water while in Cambodia. The cost of the trip is tax deductible for U.S. citizens who make contributions through the Young Living Foundation. Payments to individuals are not considered tax deductible.
What is the application period?

What factors are considered for acceptance?
Applications are evaluated based on skills, experience, desire, and an applicant’s history of supporting the Young Living Foundation.
When will I find out if I’ve been selected to go?
Applicants will be informed whether or not their application has been accepted by November 5, 2018 via email. Those who have been accepted will have until December 5, 2018, to commit by making a nonrefundable deposit of $500 USD, which will go toward the overall cost of the trip.
What service will attendees perform?
Those selected to attend Cambodia’s service trip will spend time learning in detail about Hope for Justice’s rescue, recovery, and restoration programs, which help empower survivors of human trafficking. Members will also help teach a workshop to girls at the Shine Career School in Cambodia and participate in other local service projects.
Are there any age restrictions?
Due to the sensitive nature of Hope for Justice’s mission, applicants must be 18 or older.
When will other service trips be offered?
We will start accepting applications for 2020 service trip opportunities later in July 2019.
