Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone impacted by these two historic storms, and we want our Young Living members in the region to know that we are here to support and stand by you. Maximize Your Donation

The D. Gary Young, Young Living Foundation is matching all donations until $50,000 is raised! Double the impact of your donation today by making a tax-deductible contribution.* As with every donation made to the Young Living Foundation, 100 percent of it will be used to help those in need. In this case, 90 percent will aid Young Living members who have completely lost their homes and possessions from Hurricane Harvey or Typhoon Hato. The remaining 10 percent of your donation will go to a local nonprofit in the Houston area that is helping with immediate disaster relief efforts for Hurricane Harvey.

Volunteer With Us

We're heading to Texas to help Young Living members in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey and we need your help!

We are working with a local nonprofit, Iconnect Outreach, just outside of Houston to coordinate our efforts on the ground. If you have the means to join us, we would love to have your help as we take on the massive clean-up effort. Go here to fill out our Volunteer Form to show your interest and provide us with your information.

If there are members in need of assistance in the Houston area, including as far south as Rockport and as far east as Beaumont, please have them go to the Iconnect website to apply for help and indicate in the "Notes" field that they are a Young Living member (and include their member ID): http://www.iconnectoutreach.org/need-help

The initial focus will be to help Young Living members whose homes are a complete lost and/or severely damaged. Assistance will be limited to physical labor and product at this time. Members who live outside of those areas, may still apply for help and we will do our best to accommodate.

*The Young Living Foundation will match the first $50,000 raised. All donations are tax deductible for U.S. residents only.

Help us support Young Living members affected by Hurricane Harvey and Typhoon Hato. Together, we can provide critical aid to help them get back up on their feet.

Hurricane Harvey Relief FAQs

For members living in zip codes that start with 770, 772, 773, 774, 775, 776, 777, 778, 779, 783 and 784.
We will continue to monitor the needs of members in other areas. Check back for updates.

Q. How is Young Living assisting members affected by Hurricane Harvey?

A. Our goal is to alleviate any concerns members may have about their Young Living membership so they can focus on the needs of their families. Young Living will be doing the following to assist members in zip codes that have been deemed unserviceable through August 30, 2017, by the United States Postal Service (starting with 770, 772, 773, 774, 775, 776, 777, 778, 779, 783, and 784):

  1. Minimizing ER order complications to those in impacted areas by:
    • Crediting 100 ER points to active accounts in these zip codes.
    • Continuing to process orders in the system and working with carriers to responsibly handle all ER orders to be processed, rather than suspending or canceling those ER orders, which could negatively affect businesses and downlines.
      • If a member has an order en route to one of these zip codes, it may be shipped back to Young Living’s warehouse, where it will be held and not refunded. For upcoming ER orders, the order will be processed and held by Young Living. This ensures zero disruption for members’ businesses and will allow us to reship the product at no cost to the member as soon as conditions or their address changes.
      • This procedure is subject to change based on warehouse space and other factors.
      • Offering a dedicated relief line at 1.844.760.2123 for members who need to cancel or suspend their orders or who would like them shipped to a different address. The line is available Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., MT.
      • Assisting affected members who still want to ship their ER orders but to a new address. These members can either:
        1. Change their shipping address in the VO
        2. Call the relief hotline and work with Member Services to change their address
  2. The D. Gary Young, Young Living Foundation has created a fundraising page to assist Young Living members who have lost their homes in this tragedy. The Foundation will match up to the first $50,000 raised at YoungLivingFoundation.org/Hurricane-Relief

  3. Continuing to assess the needs of members in these areas and working to offer additional support and relief in the near future.

Q. What should I do about my upcoming ER order?

A. If you are in an affected area and have an ER order processing soon, here are some things to be aware of:

  • This process may include Young Living holding orders returned by the carrier in the warehouse or processing or holding upcoming orders until conditions or the member’s address changes.
  • If members need to cancel or suspend their order or would like it shipped to a different address, they may reach out to the dedicated relief line at 1.844.760.2123 available Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., MT.
  • To minimize impact to members affected, we are crediting 100 ER points to active members living in zip codes beginning with 770, 772, 773, 774, 775, 776, 777, 778, 779, 783, and 784.

Q. When will I see the ER points added to my account?

A. ER points will be added to accounts by EOD Friday, September 1, 2017.

Q. What should I do about my order that may have already been shipped?

A. If your order has already shipped, the shipping carrier may return your package to Young Living, where it will be held and not refunded. This ensures zero disruption for your business and will allow us to reship the product at no cost to you as soon as conditions or your address changes.

Please click here for real-time updates from USPS about shipping disruptions.

Q. My order already shipped but never arrived due to the storm. I would like a refund and wish to return the order. Do I have to wait for my order to arrive back at the warehouse before I receive the refund?

A. Yes. Per Young Living policy, we will need to wait until the order is received at our warehouse before we can refund the order.

Q. If I still want to receive my ER order, can I change my shipping address?

A. Yes, you may reroute your order by either:

  • Changing your shipping address in the VO.
  • Calling the relief hotline at 1.844.760.2123 available Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., MT, to work with Member Services to change your address.

Q. If I skip one or two Essential Reward orders due to impact of the tropical storm, will it negatively count toward my loyalty gifts and points?

A. No, for those affected by the storm, there will be a one-time exception made and no negative impact toward points or gifts. Individual cases will be reviewed if additional support is needed on future ER orders.

Q. If I cannot place an order this month, will I lose my earnings percentage and progress toward Essential Reward loyalty gifts?

A. For those in the affected areas identified that are not able to place their order, they will retain their current ER point earning percentage and maintain their progress toward any Essential Rewards loyalty gifts.

Q. I can’t afford my order this month but don’t want to miss commissions. Is Young Living assisting members in my situation?

A. Unfortunately, we cannot commit to covering commissions or filling gaps to ensure a member hits a commission level. We are, however, offering 100 Essential Rewards points to all affected members in the stated zip codes to help offset future needs.

Q. How can Young Living members near Conroe, Rockport, or Beaumont request help?

A. The Young Living Foundation will work in-person with a local charity, Iconnect Outreach. The Foundation will be working out of Conroe, Texas, and serving as many areas as possible that are reachable from Conroe. The Foundation is gathering volunteers to help with the cleanup from September 10–29.
