Dear Tacos, Abs Called...

Dear Tacos, Abs Called...

::: Gonna get pretty vulnerable here :::
This last year was pretty rough. We let ourselves gooooo...
So. Here. We. Are. {Again} Starting over. {Again}
The thing is...I am pretty sure y’all can relate...

Life gets busy.
It can be exhausting.
Doing all the things.
Doing your “best.”

Even when you “know” the things that you “want”

(like a fabulous strong healthy body)...

Even when you “know” the things you need to DO to get the things you “want”

(like proper nutrition & get your ass up & move your body)

Even when you “have” ALL the tools you need to do the things you “want” & get the things you “want”

(like organic good healthy food & supplements in your kitchen & knowledge of how to eat them & use them, plus a bike to ride, feet to run & walk with, a gorgeous community pool to swim in, fitness classes available anytime)

Even when...
Yes.
Even then.

Still here we are.
Right back in the same spot we were in when we moved here eleven years ago.

Yesssss...

We have made progress & seen results along the way.

But both of us do “well” for a while & then life throws a curve ball & it is time to admit it is our mindset & habits that block us, trip us up, over & over...year after year.

How frustrating & discouraging THAT can be to really think about.

::: OR :::

We can remember we ARE #Resilient

The thing is, there are no excuses.

We CAN have what we “want.”

We know what we want.
We know what we need to do.
We know how to do it.
We have all the tools right in front of us.

::: The question is :::

Will we do it???

What will be different THIS time?

THIS time we are not just doing it for US.

THIS time we are doing it for The Young Living Foundation :: Fit For Freedom Fundraiser

THIS time, we will raise money with each goal we set to lift up the foundation & help others reach their goals together.

We are doing this thing.

Will y’all root us on?

Anyone wanna join us? Sponsor us?

We are raising money for the Young Living Foundation and 100% of our donation will go directly to providing an impact to those they serve.

You can donate "just because" or pledge to donate toward each pound we lose or toward our total goal or donate each time we run a 5k...

Whether you donate $1, $10, or $100, every cent counts and helps. Thank you for your support!

The D. Gary Young, Young Living Foundation is committed to empowering individuals in underserved communities.

Since 2009, the Foundation has been focused on giving those who receive far too little attention the tools and resources they need to unlock possibilities. Click here to learn more.
