Canoeing for a Cause

Canoeing for a Cause

Many of you have followed our family's journey after Hurricane Irma.  For those that are not aware we are still dealing with flood waters more than a month after the hurricane.  After evacuating our home for several weeks we have returned (thankfully no water is inside our house!), but have to canoe to reach our home.  We are truly thankful to have a home.  I also feel blessed that I could pack what we needed when left our home.  I can't imagine what it is like for those that lost everything.  My heart goes out to them and would like to bless as many families as possible.

I'm reaching out to raise funds to help those Young Living families who were impacted by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria, as well as many other disasters. 100% of what you donate goes directly into the field to support relief efforts and deliver care packages.

In return for your donation we would like to place your name and your prayer on a ribbon on our canoe. Every time we launch our canoe we will lift others and their needs up to the Lord.  How awesome would it be to use that time in the canoe to storm the heavens with prayers! Just post your prayer on the Fundraiser Facebook page: Canoeing for a Cause or https://www.facebook.com/GenevaFL/ and I will make sure it gets on a ribbon and on the canoe.

Thank you in advance for your generosity and kindness.  Even the smallest donation will make a huge difference.

FUN VIDEO: Most know I'm deeply passionate about wellness and Young Living.  Here is a video that shows the lighter side of our circumstances.  Just copy and paste this link into your browser:

One last note: I apologize, but the Young Living video at the bottom is not currently working.
